Over the past half-century, doctoral education across the globe has become increasingly valued. Yet the body of scholarship that is devoted to understanding doctoral education is rather modest compared to the scholarship on the undergraduate student experience.听 This SIG seeks to support the work of scholars who focus on graduate and postdoctoral听听education goals (see SIG 168 Purpose page for more details).
We look forward to engaging new and continuing members in active dialogue year round! Please follow us on social media听via听听(@AERASIG168) and (@AERASIG168)听for information about news,听events,听resources, and other opportunities. Our SIG offers award opportunities and travel grants for it's members. We routinely post job opportunities and spotlight members who are doing amazing things.听We also invite you to submit proposals听for the annual听AERA听conference and join us for one of our many sessions during the Spring meeting in 2026听in Los Angeles!听
