The purpose of the听Special Interest Group on Brain, Neuroscience, and Education (SIG-BNE) of the 熊猫视频 (AERA)听is to lead听and promote the design,听implementation,听and dissemination听of empirical and theoretical听work听that articulate how brain and neuroscience knowledge can inform knowledge about education - and 听vice versa.听
To this end, we seek to support members in identifying, using, and producing high-quality, evidence-based information about topics at the intersection of education, neuroscience, psychology, and other learning sciences.听
The SIG-BNE aspires to be the 鈥済o-to鈥� place for real dialogue between brain researchers, cognitive scientists, and educational researchers,听so that our colleagues around the world can share ways to improve cross-disciplinary research necessitated for this dialogue.
