On January 15, 熊猫视频will open the 2013 election with voting conducted by electronic ballot. Voting members will receive a personalized link by e-mail to access their ballot. The election is held over a one-month period and will conclude on February 15. All voting members are encouraged to exercise their right to vote.

The election includes candidates for the offices of 熊猫视频president-elect, member-at-large, division vice president, division secretary, SIG Executive Committee chair and member, various Graduate Student Council positions, and SIG officers.
