With the app or on the web platform, meeting attendees can:

• Create a personal schedule (“My Schedule”) or add sessions to the calendar on your mobile device. Program participants will have session(s) automatically populated in “My Schedule.”
• Use your personal QR code to print your badge onsite at Registration.
• Find attendees, schedule meetings, and chat with colleagues once the Annual Meeting begins.
• Explore the dynamic and interactive i-Presentation Gallery.
• Stay organized with up-to-the-minute Exhibitor, Speaker, and Event information.
• Learn about meeting policies and on-site services.
• Receive important real-time communications from AERA.
• Find local restaurants, stores, medical facilities, and places of worship.
