Siang Chee "David" Chuah, 48, died on April 5. He was a senior director at the College Board, where he worked as a psychometrician. He was a member of Division D—Measurement and Research Methodology.
Kit Martin, 39, died on March 24. He was an assistant professor in the College of Education at the Pennsylvania State University. Martin was a member of Division C—Learning and Instruction, and served as secretary/treasurer for the Advanced Technologies for Learning SIG.
Patricia J. Norman, 55, died on February 14. She was a professor and co-chair of the education department at St. Norbert College.
Philip Wexler, 80, died on March 25. He was a professor emeritus at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
