The report results from the work of a blue-ribbon 熊猫视频task force mandated to prepare and present to the 熊猫视频Council practical short-term and long-term recommendations to address bullying of children and youth, with a focus on legislative, policy, and procedural matters. The report was adopted by Council in February 2013.
