Last month the National Center for Education Statistics released the annual Condition of Education report. The congressionally mandated report summarizes important developments and trends in education in the United States. The presents 42 indicators on the status and condition of education, with a focus on population characteristics; participation in education; elementary and secondary education; and postsecondary education.
