Many federally funded STEM programs overlap, and few efforts are made to coordinate and evaluate program activities, according to a report released in January by the Government Accountability Office. Read more

PCAST Report Recommends Action to Increase Number of STEM Graduates
The President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology issued a report on February 7 with five recommendations to President Obama to increase the number of STEM graduates by one million in the next decade to meet projected employment needs. Read more
