The purpose of the Advanced Studies of National Databases (ASOND) Special Interest Group (SIG) is to advance knowledge of the contexts and practices of education through facilitating awareness and understanding of the rigorous research methods required for analysis of national databases.  The ASOND SIG is interested in the use of national databases for both substantive and methodological research.
