Registration and Housing Members of the media can register to attend the 2026 ÐÜèÊÓÆµAnnual Meeting, April 8-12 in Los Angeles by filling out this . Registration is complimentary for credentialed journalists. Press registration is also available to communications professionals at education institutions and organizations who help disseminate news about education research. Once registration is confirmed, ÐÜèÊÓÆµwill send a confirmation email. That message will include a web link and access code for reporters who want to reserve housing in AERA’s press room block.

About the Annual Meeting The ÐÜèÊÓÆµAnnual Meeting is the largest gathering of scholars in the field of education research. It is a showcase for ground-breaking, innovative studies in a diverse array of areas—from early education through higher education, from digital learning to second language literacy. It is where to encounter ideas and data that will shape tomorrow's education practices and policies, and where to connect with leading thinkers from the U.S. and around the world.
When and Where The 2026 Annual Meeting will be held April 23-27 in Los Angeles at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The headquarter hotels are the JW Marriott LA Live and the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown.
