Registration and Housing
Members of the media can register to attend the 2025 ÐÜèÊÓƵAnnual Meeting, April 23-27 in Denver by filling out . Registration is complimentary for credentialed journalists. Press registration is also available to communications professionals at education institutions and organizations who help disseminate news about education research. Once registration is confirmed, ÐÜèÊÓƵwill send a confirmation email. That message will include a web link and access code for reporters who want to reserve housing in AERA’s press room block.

About the Annual Meeting
The ÐÜèÊÓƵAnnual Meeting is the largest gathering of scholars in the field of education research. It is a showcase for ground-breaking, innovative studies in a diverse array of areas—from early education through higher education, from digital learning to second language literacy. It is where to encounter ideas and data that will shape tomorrow's education practices and policies, and where to connect with leading thinkers from the U.S. and around the world.

When and Where
The 2025 Annual Meeting will be held April 23-27 in Denver at the Colorado Convention Center. The headquarter hotels are the Hyatt Regency CCC, Hilton Denver City Center, and Grand Hyatt.

2025 Annual Meeting Theme
The theme for 2025 is “Research, Remedy, and Repair: Toward Just Education Renewal.”
