Know Before You Go

We are excited to welcome you to Denver for the 2025 ÐÜèÊÓÆµAnnual Meeting, April 23-27. The Know Before You Go will help you plan ahead and to ensure the meeting is a rewarding experience.

Please note the following items:

Download the 2025 ÐÜèÊÓÆµAnnual Meeting App to gain instant access to the online program, get the QR code to print your badge onsite, and build your personal schedule. Search ÐÜèÊÓÆµ2025 in the or . The app will serve as the digital searchable program for the Annual Meeting. There is also a of the app.

Pick Up Your Badge Onsite
On April 18 and, again, on April 21, you will receive an email from noreply@getvfairs.com with your customized QR code. At the registration area in Denver, scan your QR code at a self-serve kiosk and your badge will print out. Insert your badge into a provided lanyard and you will be set. You can also find the QR code in the meeting app, or you can type your name into the provided touchpad at the kiosks. (Using the QR code will make the process faster.)

700 14th Street, Denver, CO (if you see a big blue bear, you are in the right location!)
Enter the Convention Center, take the escalator up, and follow the signs to registration.

Wear Your Badge at the Annual Meeting
You must wear your badge to access Annual Meeting sessions, events, and the exhibit hall. No exceptions will be granted. Please note that a replacement fee of $5 will be charged for lost badges. Badge reprint is available at the Registration Desk at the Colorado Convention Center in Exhibit Hall F.

Take Care and Be Healthy and Safe – Emergency Phone Numbers
AERA’s top priority is the health, safety, and wellbeing of all attendees at the Annual Meeting, as well as those who serve and support attendees at the conference. ÐÜèÊÓÆµwas advised that, much faster than using 911, the phone numbers below are the quickest way of getting help if you or others need it.

Due to the high altitude in Denver, please be sure to stay hydrated throughout your stay to minimize discomfort from altitude sickness.

We also expect those speaking at or leading such activities or those participating in them to value and support a diverse, inclusive community. ÐÜèÊÓÆµAnnual Meeting Ombuds Program
ÐÜèÊÓÆµprovides all persons participating in or attending the ÐÜèÊÓÆµAnnual Meeting with Ombuds support that is independent of ÐÜèÊÓÆµfor those seeking to consider a matter and potentially learn about options addressed to their concerns. Know About Accessibility Best Practices and Resources
ÐÜèÊÓÆµis committed to accessibility. Our research community benefits from the presence and active participation of persons with disabilities at the conference. Presenters, chairs, and attendees should follow best practices to ensure that Annual Meeting sessions and presentations are accessible for those with disabilities. To request accessibility services during the meeting, please email access@aera.net or visit the Accessibility Desk located at the Onsite Registration Hall. ÐÜèÊÓÆµis pleased to offer complimentary ADA shuttle service between the Colorado Convention Center and ÐÜèÊÓÆµconference hotels by request. Signs are posted at all boarding sites identifying the location as an ÐÜèÊÓÆµAccess Shuttle pick-up and drop-off site. Call 1-800-869-3696 to schedule a pickup during hours of operation. Please allow 45 minutes for the shuttle’s arrival.
