Registration and Housing Members of the media can register to attend the 2024 熊猫视频Annual Meeting, April 11-14 in Philadelphia by filling out this . Registration is complimentary for credentialed journalists. Press registration is also available to communications professionals at education institutions and organizations who help disseminate news about education research. Once registration is confirmed, 熊猫视频will send a confirmation email. That message will include a web link and access code for reporters who want to reserve housing in AERA’s press room block.

About the Annual Meeting The 熊猫视频Annual Meeting is the largest gathering of scholars in the field of education research. It is a showcase for ground-breaking, innovative studies in a diverse array of areas—from early education through higher education, from digital learning to second language literacy. It is where to encounter ideas and data that will shape tomorrow's education practices and policies, and where to connect with leading thinkers from the U.S. and around the world.
When and Where The 2024 Annual Meeting will be held April 11-14 in Philadelphia at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
The headquarter hotels are the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown, Le Meridien Philadelphia, Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown, and The Notary Hotel.
COVID-19 Vaccination Policy, Masking, and Tests As part of the entry requirements for the 2024 熊猫视频Annual Meeting, all attendees must have UP-TO-DATE COVID-19 VACCINATION and at least one booster to attend in person (if eligible). All attendees will need to upload their vaccination card through SafeAccess. Mask wearing is not required. Mutual respect and health and safety remain priority goals. Prior to traveling to Chicago, we encourage attendees to self-test as a precaution.
